After some tricky detailing on the face frame the balcony is put into place. All the existing joinery and the new pieces lock into place perfectly.
The walls are insulated with 120mm insulation, breather membrane then battened and finished with cement board and silicone based render. Doors are grey aluminium frames and sliding doors are German.
